Orders & Payments

 

Q: How do i place an order?

Simply add your chosen INNEREGO items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using credit/debit card, Apple pay, Google pay, Clearpay, Klarna or Paypal.

Q: Can i change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, email us as soon as possible at contact@innerego.co.uk. We'll do our best to update or cancel it before dispatch.

Q: I didn't receive my confirmation email, what should i do?

Please check your spam in your emails first. If its not there, contact us with your full name, email address and order number, we will check for you.

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

Q: What are your delivery options? A: We offer free UK Standard Delivery (2-5 working days) on orders over £39, UK Standard Delivery for £4.95, and UK Next Day Delivery Mon-Fri for £7.95.

Q: What time do I need to order by for next day delivery? A: Orders must be placed by 12pm Monday-Friday for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm Friday through Sunday will be dispatched Monday for Tuesday delivery. Next day delivery excludes weekends and public holidays.

Q: When will my order be dispatched? A: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Q: Do you deliver on Saturdays? A: Currently, our next day delivery service operates Monday-Friday only. Standard delivery may arrive on Saturdays depending on the courier's schedule.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is not available at present but we are hoping to add this soon. 

Q: Can i track my order?

once your order has been shipped - you'll get an email notification. Courier tracking number will be available to follow your parcel's journey.

 

Sizing & Fit 

 

Q: Are all INNEREGO items unisex?

Not all, but most are. These items will be stated as 'UNISEX FIT'. Our 'EGO ESSENTIALS COLLECTION' this collection is designed for a relaxed, versatile fit, no matter the gender and body type. Worn your way.

Q: How do i know what which size to order?

We have two sizing charts available to help, 'Unisex Fit' and 'UK sizing'. The correct charts will be available on each product description page to make choosing the right size easier.

Detailed measurements and fit notes - If your between sizes we recommend choosing a size up for a looser fit.

 

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

 

Q: What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as item(s) are unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached . To start return log in to your account,  browse orders and start returns. Please note: that customer is solely responsible for the return delivery costs. If you need any further information please email contact@innerego.co.uk.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?

Yes - the quickest way is to return your original item(s) and place a new order for your preferred size, colour or item. if you need help contact us at contact@innerego.co.uk.

Q: How long will my refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. 

 

Cooling-Off Period (UK Customers)

 

Q: Do i have a cooling-off period?

yes - under UK law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel your online purchase for any reason and receive a full refund.

 

Products & Care

 

Q: How should i care for my INNEREGO clothing?

All garment include care instructions either on the clothing labels, packaging. These care instructions are also on each product page for your viewing. Generally, we recommend washing at 30°C unless otherwise stated on individual wash/care labelling, avoid tumble drying, and ironing inside out at a low temperature to preserve logos and finishes - But please read each label before washing.

Q: Are INNEREGO pieces ethically made?

Yes - we work with trusted suppliers who share our values of quality, inclusivity, and sustainability. Where possible, we use long-lasting fabrics and reduce waste by producing in smaller, controlled batches - avoiding overproduction and fast-fashion-style waste. That said, there is always room for improvement, and this is something we're continuously reviewing and improving where possible.
